Lewis, the CEO of Maine Crisp and Better with Buckwheat wanted to elevate their presence on Faire, aiming to significantly boost sales and establish themselves as a top brand on Faire.

Initial Challenges

Like most busy brands on Faire, Maine Crisp AKA Better with Buckwheat, copied their Shopify store over to Faire. Despite not having a retailer-focused, optimized Faire store, Maine Crisp was performing very well on Faire.

Lewis wondered if they could grow even further given their already above-average conversion rates in the food and beverage category. To explore this potential, we started with a Faire Booster - a 90-minute deep dive into the business, so I could better understand them and their goals and develop a plan tailored specifically to their situation and their goals to grow their Faire sales.

Additionally, they had launched a new overarching brand, Better with Buckwheat, and aimed to introduce this line to retailers on Faire in a way that aligned with the existing brand, Maine Crisp, now under the Better with Buckwheat umbrella. Given that Maine Crisp and Better with Buckwheat each have unique and distinct aesthetics, I needed to find a way to make both brands appear cohesive and complementary on the main Faire storefront.

  • Targeted Campaigns: Developed email campaigns to further grow sales, engage potential buyers and encourage reviews, leveraging Faire’s CRM tools for targeted outreach.
